The Forum of small and medium-sized businesses “Adal Azamat. Adal enbek. Adal business” took place in Astana, which brought together key representatives of government agencies, the business community and successful entrepreneurs from all regions of Kazakhstan. The agenda is focused on innovative approaches and effective solutions for the sustainable development of small and medium-sized businesses, which became the central theme of the forum.
The forum was attended by the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan Olzhas Bektenov, where in his speech he stated that business should feel confident and be able to expand and invest in the future.
Chairman of the Presidium of the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Atameken" Raimbek Batalov presented the transition of the “bottom up” model, which makes business the main initiator of the transformation of the Chamber. NCE “Atameken” also proposed to the Government to introduce an assessment using a point system, based on indicators such as the percentage of local production, technological development and exports. The issue of combining individual platforms and tools was raised; it was said that the Government was developing egovbusiness, a convenient platform for working with B2G and B2B services, providing transparent access to data about each region and sector of the economy.
One of the entrepreneurs at the forum was Zaure Berekesheva, a representative of “Kublei” LLP from Uralsk, West Kazakhstan region. Where it was shown that the business model of the enterprise includes a cluster processing cycle, this allows not only the production of canned meat and semi-finished products, but also the use of by-products for secondary production. Also expressing confidence that the initiatives being developed by the Chamber to create an objective picture of portfolios of investment projects will increase their attractiveness and serve as an incentive for the development of cluster structures in the regions.
